1. REFUNDS

Refunds are available to customers within 7 days of product delivery. In order to receive a refund, the following conditions must be met:

- Product(s) must be returned along with original packaging
- Product(s) must be unused and not damaged.

If the listed conditions are not met, Enchantress97 reserves the right to refuse a refund.

2. RETURNS
